SHIPPING
Standard shipping on domestic orders is 4-8 business days from order date. This includes includes 1-3 days for processing plus 3-5 days for delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Shipped orders will receive tracking number via email.
RETURNS
All swimwear is FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS or Exchanges.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Email inquiries or concern Monday- Friday to info@elektrikswim.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER
We are unable to change or cancel a order after it has been placed. If package is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net minus the shipping.
STOLEN/LOST PACKAGES
ELEKTRIK SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once item is shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received please file contact USPS AT 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
